Rich Collier
President and CEO
Rich has 25 years of software engineering and product development experience in the high performance computing and database/transaction processing markets, including the last seven years as vice president of engineering for TotalView Technologies. Before joining TotalView Technologies in 1999, Mr. Collier was the vice president of engineering at IRI Software, and held management and engineering positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Collier holds a BS degree in Business, Computer Science and Economics from LeMoyne College.
Adam Schauer
Vice President of Finance/Controller
Adam has several years of experience as a controller in software companies including Amicas, Applix, Servicesoft, Internet Business Advantages, Broadbase, and Kana Software. At Applix, he oversaw all accounting, SEC reporting, tax, and treasury functions. At Servicesoft, he managed financial reporting, monthly closing, tax reporting, and the accounting function of its foreign subsidiaries. A CPA, Mr. Schauer holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Vermont and an MBA and Masters in Accountancy from Northeastern University.
Jim Chafel
Vice President of Business Development
Jim has over twenty years of high tech experience, including key roles in sales operations, marketing, service, business development, and alliances. Prior to joining TotalView Technologies, he was the director of business development and operations for EMC's software group, where he was responsible for developing strategic OEM initiatives. Prior to joining EMC, he held various senior sales, marketing and services management positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Chafel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Dayton and a Master of Arts in psychology from the State University College of New York.
Kelly Cunningham
Vice President of Engineering
Kelly brings 25 years of software engineering and product development experience to TotalView Technologies, the last five years as President of his own software project management consultant company working with various Massachusetts based firms including TotalView technologies (as Etnus, LLC). Previous to starting his own firm, Kelly was Vice President of Enterprise Product Development for Fast Search and Transfer, a Norwegian based Search Engine company where he oversaw the cross-continent software development activities of 70 Engineers located in both Massachusetts and Oslo. Kelly has also worked directly for Information Resources, Inc., Boston Technology, and Kronos, Inc. Having started out as a software developer, over the course of his career Kelly moved over to management, eventually directing all aspects of software development including engineering, QA, documentation, customer service, continuing engineering, and project management.
